How your data is handled

Which tools see your information, on this site and during a project, in plain words.

What happens to what you type into a form here?

The site is hosted on Netlify. The diagnostic and the founding cohort application are sent through Web3Forms, which emails each submission to Raquel. The newsletter signup goes to Kit.

Your diagnostic answers are read by Raquel only. They are never sold or shared.

Who sees your booking details?

Bookings on /book/ run through Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, your email, the time you pick, and anything you type into the booking form. Raquel sees the same details in her calendar.

What does site analytics record?

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It records things like which pages were viewed, how a visitor arrived, and the type of device. It uses cookies to do this. Raquel uses it to see which pages help and which don't, in totals, not to identify you.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Where does a newsletter signup go?

Your email address is collected through a form on the site. The teardowns are sent through Kit, an email newsletter service that stores your address so it can send them. Every issue will include a way to unsubscribe.

What happens when you email Raquel?

Your message sits in Raquel's business email account, at raquel@raquelbuildsworkflows.com. She uses it to reply to you and nothing else.

What happens to your data during a project?

Client work follows four rules:

  • Your data stays in tools you approve. The spec lists every system the data touches. Nothing moves outside the tools you approve.
  • Builds run in your accounts. The automation lives in accounts you own and control. Software fees are billed to you directly.
  • A person reviews what matters. Human review always stays on financial, legal, employment, and customer-facing output.
  • The build follows your rules. Your professional and contract obligations stay yours. The build works within them instead of around them.

A contracted technical delivery partner builds to the spec Raquel writes and reviews. The partner works only in the systems the spec names.

Which AI tools touch your data?

Only the ones named in the spec and approved by you. Before a build uses an AI tool on your information, you see which tool it is and what data it receives. Each vendor's own data terms apply to you directly, and your attorney reads any contract.

Can you ask for your information to be deleted?

Yes. Email Raquel at raquel@raquelbuildsworkflows.com and say what you want removed. She deletes what she holds in her own tools within 30 days and confirms by reply.

The formal version is in the privacy policy. The limits of every engagement are on what this does not promise.
