AI training for employees, built around the work on their desks

Your team practices for a half day in the tools you already pay for. They work on their weekly tasks and keep the job aids afterward.

What does a session look like?

The licenses renew every month. The Copilot button sits in Outlook, and nobody clicks it. Picture a 40-person insurance agency that bought Microsoft Copilot licenses last spring. IT switched them on and sent a launch email. A month later, almost nobody was opening it.

The account managers never needed a feature tour. They needed to watch Copilot draft a renewal reminder in Outlook. Then summarize a 30-message carrier thread, and line up two quotes in Excel. All on the agency's own kinds of documents, with client details stripped out.

That's the session. Short demonstrations come first. Then everyone works the same task on their own screen while Raquel walks the room. A licensed agent still reviews anything that goes to a policyholder, and your team sees exactly where that check belongs.

Why is it a flat price?

Every session takes the same preparation: role interviews, exercises built from your tasks, practice files, and job aids. In a group of up to 15, everyone gets hands-on help. So the price stays fixed per session.

How does the training run?

  1. 01
    Role interviews
  2. 02
    Exercise design
  3. 03
    Practice files
  4. 04
    The half-day session
  5. 05
    Job aids and written follow-up
All the steps, in detail
  1. Twenty-minute calls with two or three people from the roles attending, to hear what fills their week.
  2. A check of which AI tools and license tiers are live, and what your AI policy allows.
  3. Six to eight real tasks chosen for practice, approved by the decision owner.
  4. Practice files built with client names and numbers removed or invented.
  5. An agenda sent for sign-off a few days before the session.
  6. The half day itself: a short demonstration for each task, then hands-on practice with help.
  7. A segment on where the tool gets things wrong and what a person checks before anything leaves the office.
  8. Job aids per role, sent within two business days.
  9. Written answers to every question left open in the room.

What do you walk away with?

  • Session agenda tied to your roles
  • Practice exercises built from your task types
  • The half-day session for up to 15 people
  • A one-page job aid per role, with prompts that worked in the room
  • A "check this before it goes to a client" list
  • Written answers to open questions
  • A short note to the owner on which tasks landed and where people struggled

What you get, what this is not, and what you need to bring

What you get

  • A team that has used the tool on real work at least once, with help in the room
  • Prompts saved where people can find them next week
  • Raquel's observations on which roles got the most from their licenses, useful at renewal time

What this is not

  • Not a generic features tour or a prerecorded course
  • Not a certification of any kind
  • Not license purchasing, setup, or IT administration
  • Not a replacement for written rules; firms without an AI policy should book that first

What you need to bring

  • Active licenses for every attendee before the session date
  • Two or three staff available for short prep calls
  • A room or video setup where each person works on their own screen
  • Your AI policy, or a decision to write one

What we ask before booking

  1. Which AI tools are you licensed for, and on which plan?
  2. How many people will attend, and in which roles?
  3. Live online or in your office?
  4. Do you have written rules on what client data can go into AI?
  5. What should people be doing differently a month from now?

What if it isn't worth it?

You approve the practice tasks and the agenda before the session runs. Afterward, the owner's note shows which tasks landed and where people struggled.

Questions people ask before booking

We have 40 people. Do we need more than one session?

For hands-on practice, yes. Fifteen people is about the most one trainer can help at their own screens. Splitting by role helps too. Account managers and producers each practice on work that fits them. Each group is booked as its own session.

What if staff worry that AI will replace them?

Say it out loud, and the session does. Every exercise ends with a person checking and editing the draft. That's how the tool belongs anywhere clients and money are involved. The judgment stays with your people.

Can you train us on ChatGPT or Gemini instead of Copilot?

Yes. Training covers whichever approved tool you already pay for. If you haven't settled on one yet, vendor selection comes first.

Will people keep using it after the session?

No trainer can promise that. Practicing on weekly tasks and leaving with prompts that worked improves the odds. On Microsoft 365, the Copilot usage report in the admin center shows who's still using it 30 days later. You can check instead of guessing.
