Terms of use
The rules for using this site, in plain language. Paid work runs under its own written agreement.
Who do these terms cover?
These terms cover your use of raquelbuildsworkflows.com, run by Raquel Mercado as Raquel Builds Workflows (a sole proprietorship). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Is the content on this site advice?
No. Articles, the cost calculator, sample deliverables, and examples are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. Example firms on this site are illustrations, not real clients.
The calculator's result depends on the numbers you enter. Treat it as an estimate.
How do published prices work?
Prices on the site show what each offer costs today. AI consulting prices are launch pricing and may change. A price is set for you only when it's written into your proposal or agreement.
How does paid work start?
Paid work starts only with a written agreement that sets the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
The free workflow diagnostic doesn't create any obligation on either side.
What doesn't Raquel promise?
No engagement guarantees return on investment, revenue, or hours saved. Nothing here certifies compliance with any law. The full list is on the page What this does not promise.
What about third-party tools?
The site and client work use tools run by other companies, such as Netlify, Cal.com, and Google. Their terms apply to your use of them. Raquel isn't responsible for how those services work or change.
Who owns the content?
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Raquel Builds Workflows. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or resell the content.
Ownership of work built for a client is set in that client's agreement.
What can't you do on the site?
- Submit false information or someone else's details.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the site's security.
- Use the forms to send spam.
What are the limits of liability?
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Raquel isn't liable for losses from using the site, the calculator, or the articles.
Which law applies?
These terms follow the laws of the State of New York.
Will these terms change?
They may. When they do, the date at the bottom changes too. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
How do you contact Raquel about these terms?
