What this does not promise

Is a return on investment guaranteed?

No. No engagement guarantees hours saved, revenue, or return on investment. That goes for flat-priced offers, sprints, and analytics work alike.

What you get instead is a measured comparison. The 30-day review shows what changed against the before number, measured honestly. You judge the rest yourself.

The same holds for tools. Nobody here promises that a tool delivers the savings on its sales page.

Does this make you compliant with any law or regulation?

No. Nothing here is a compliance certification of any kind.

• An AI policy for employees is not legal advice. Have your attorney review it before you adopt it.
• A GA4 tracking audit is not legal advice or a privacy compliance certification.
• A private document search setup does not, by itself, make you compliant with any regulation.
• Contract and legal review stays with your attorney. Raquel may flag terms worth checking. Your attorney reads them.

Will this automate the whole business?

No. Each engagement covers one workflow, one team, or one agreed scope.

• A second workflow is its own sprint.
• Nothing here is a company-wide AI rollout.
• Some exceptions stay manual. When a rare case can't be automated sensibly, the documentation says so.

Will AI make decisions without a person?

No. Human review always stays on financial, legal, employment, and customer-facing output.

• No reply or email reaches a customer until a person approves it or presses send.
• No refunds, credits, or replacements are issued by AI. Anything involving money is decided by your staff.
• No agent sends, prices, books, or commits on its own.
• No report goes to a client without a person's approval.
• Legal judgment, such as conflict checks, stays with your attorneys.

Does Raquel control the AI tools you use?

No. The tools belong to their vendors, and their terms apply to you directly.

• Software fees are billed to you directly.
• Raquel does not resell software or subscriptions.
• Raquel takes no fees or commissions from vendors.
• Vendors can change features, prices, and data terms. Raquel can't control those changes.
• Nothing here replaces the systems you already run. Builds live in the tools you already pay for.

Will every number match and every record be saved?

No. Data work makes your numbers more trustworthy. It doesn't make them perfect.

• GA4 will not match Shopify or your CRM to the dollar. Some gap is normal, and the report says how much is reasonable.
• Not every old record can be rescued. Some are marked unknown rather than guessed.
