AI for marketing agencies that bill by the retainer, not by the hour

Your clients pay a fixed fee. Every hour spent pulling numbers into slides comes out of your margin. So does every fourth rewrite of a caption. That is where AI earns its place in an agency, if it is set up with care.

Where does an agency's week actually go?

You can probably name these without looking at a timesheet.

Why doesn't another AI tool fix this?

Because the tool is rarely the missing piece. Picture a 25-person agency. Three account managers each built their own ChatGPT routine for monthly reports. One pastes raw client data into a personal account. One uses a prompt nobody else has seen. The third gave up and went back to doing it by hand. The agency pays for AI and still has no agreed process and no rule about client data. Nobody can tell whether any of it saves time.

That agency is an illustration, but the pattern is common. AI arrives one subscription at a time. You end up with more bills and the same bottlenecks.

What it answers

Which workflows are worth automating, and in what order. Which tools to keep or cancel. What rules your team needs around client data, and what to leave alone.

What you receive

Workflow maps of your heaviest routines, a scored list of opportunities, and a 6 to 12 month roadmap. Plus a pilot brief any builder can work from, and a check of how AI assistants describe your agency to prospects today.

What if it isn't worth it?

The roadmap is yours to take to any builder, so the $2,500 is not a down payment on a bigger project.

Why work with Raquel on agency problems?

Raquel spent close to 20 years in in-house analytics roles. At a marketing technology company, she led client-facing analytics. She sat between enterprise clients and a data science team and scoped which machine learning ideas were worth building. She has worked hands-on with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, and BigQuery, the tools behind most agency reporting.

She also builds and runs her own AI workflows. One is an automated publishing pipeline: it drafts, renders images, sends a review email, and schedules posts only after she approves them. Her AI training comes from Anthropic, Microsoft, and DeepLearning.AI, among others.

What she does not have yet is a list of agency clients. That is why this offer opens at launch pricing, and she says so up front.

About Raquel

What can happen after the audit?

The audit ends with a roadmap you can take to any builder. If you want Raquel to carry it forward, these are the usual next steps for an agency:

Questions agency owners ask

Will using AI make clients expect a lower fee?

Some will ask. Your stronger position is a clear answer. Which work does AI help with? Where does a strategist still make every call? How is the client's data protected? The audit gives you that answer in writing. Then the conversation is about the quality of the work, not the hours behind it.

Should we tell clients we use AI?

Check your contracts first. Some client agreements now include terms about AI use. Beyond that, most agencies do better being open about AI in production. Be clear that a person reviews everything that goes out under the client's name. The audit flags contract and data questions your team should settle.

We have 8 people. Is this for us?

The audit is designed for 10 to 40 person agencies. At that size, several account managers run the same workflow in different ways. A smaller shop may get more from the free workflow diagnostic. It looks at one workflow, not the whole agency.

Do you work with white-label or offshore partners in our delivery chain?

Yes, as long as you can give access to the workflows they touch. Many agencies rely on outside writers, designers, or media buyers. The audit maps those handoffs alongside the in-house ones, because that is often where the time goes.
